All our products are baked fresh to order. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received, it enters our production schedule and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss next steps.

2. Payments

All prices are listed in ZAR. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment methods.

3. Collection & Delivery

We take great care to ensure our products are prepared and packaged safely. Once an order leaves our bakery or is collected, we are no longer responsible for any damage or spoilage that may occur due to handling, transport, or storage. Please follow the storage and serving instructions provided to enjoy your items at their best.

4. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We handle each situation individually and will do our best to find a fair solution.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our bakery handles common allergens such as wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. Please reach out before placing your order if you have any dietary concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including our name, logo, images, and written content - belongs to TRBG and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
