Refund policy

At TRBG, each of our bakes is made to order with care, using fresh ingredients and a great deal of time and attention. Because our products are perishable food items, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has left our bakery.

We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If there’s ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll review your concern carefully and handle each situation on a case-by-case basis to find the best possible resolution.

Our goal is always to make sure you’re happy with your experience, and we’ll do our best to ensure every order meets our quality standards and your expectations.
